Shadow Teaching Hours
Group Classes Shadow Teaching - 10 Hours
Shadow teaching involves a trainee assistant working alongside a master teacher to support class participants, often those with special needs or specific learning requirements. The shadow teacher's role is to provide personalized assistance and adapt exercises to meet individual needs. This approach allows the main teacher to focus on the broader class while ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed.
Individual Client Shadow Teaching - 5 Hours
Shadow teaching involves a trainee assistant working alongside a master teacher to support a client, often with special needs or specific learning requirements. The master teacher may point out or ask the trainee questions specifically related to issues or individual needs. For example, pointing out imbalances, alignment, or special needs of the client with discussion on how to accommodate and correct.
