Mat and Reformer Teacher Training
About The Pilates Team Mat and Reformer Teacher Training Program!
The Pilates Team Teacher Training Program follows a structured pre-study process for each Pilates Movement module. This process is essential to prepare you for teaching each exercise effectively. Our approach focuses not just on the execution of each movement but also on developing your ability to critically think about the intention behind each exercise. Mastery of both the performance and understanding of movement intentions is a prerequisite for learning how to teach each exercise with confidence.
Our goal is for you to complete this program as a thoughtful, critically thinking teacher who can confidently teach every exercise—or a suitable variation—tailored to any population that enters your practice. Whether you are teaching group classes or offering private sessions, the ability to adapt exercises to meet the needs of diverse clients is essential.
As a participant in our Teacher Training—either with one of our accomplished Master Educators or through our online program—you will engage with a substantial body of material. Rest assured, our program is thoughtfully designed to help you learn to teach with clarity and effectiveness.
