Policy on Program Commencement, Suspension, and Reentry

1. Program Commencement
Once a student begins their first assignment, the program is officially considered to have commenced.

2. Suspension or Deferral of Progress
The Pilates Team reserves the right to pause, suspend, or defer a student's progress in the program if the student fails to meet the required standards or deadlines for all assignments and movement module participation. In such cases, the students’ progress will be interrupted until the next available training cycle begins.

3. Recognition of Completed Work
All completed work up to the point of suspension or deferral will be recognized and credited, and no work previously completed will be lost.

4. Reentry After Suspension or Deferral
The student will have one year from the date of suspension or deferral to rejoin a subsequent program, provided space is available. After this one-year period, the student will be required to reapply for the program and may be subject to additional requirements based on updated program standards.

5. Policy Intent
This policy ensures that all students maintain the integrity and quality of The Pilates Team training program. It also provides a reasonable timeframe for students to either complete their training or reenter the program if necessary.
